Hej,

a colleague of mine accidentally dragged & dropped the “Clean Journal Options”-section within the Gutenberg editor somewhere else (he can’t remember) and now its gone. Enabling and disabling the option within the Gutenberg editor setting does not help.

Any advice?

Hello Daniel,

The Clean Journal option shouldn’t be conflicting with Gutenberg Editor. Please check the settings at “Appearance => Customize”. There should be all the options as https://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/clean-journal-pro/.

Hej Sakin,

to be more specific: there is no conflict. And it is working for all the other users but this one colleague dragged and dropped the options-panel.

He activated the panel:

But it isn’t displayed since he dragged it to somewhere else:

While my panel is still displayed:

So the position of the panel must be stored somewhere and we need to reset that.

Any clues?

Hello Daniel,

Sorry, no clue about that. When I checked in our server, I was able to see that Option in the Page/post editor. So, it must be something with his access.
