I followed the instructions carefully the instructions on updating my theme from version 2.2 to 3.0. However, I always got an error “Destination folder already exist”. Moreover, I got no option to backup my site as it is written in the instruction page. I overcame the “destination folder already exist issue by renaming the 3.0.
Now, after adding the new theme (the 3.0), I have also have the 2.2 still there and now have two themes. The 2.2 is still the activated one because all the customization I made to it are lost when I preview in 3.0
All my themes in the past updated and I had just one, rather than this Catch Theme Cleanbox Pro which is creating different versions. I am not using FTP. I update from the WordPress Admin Page.
Can someone help me out to fix the issues please. I don’t like a situation where similar issue crops up when an update is released each time.
