ParticipantHello all,
Recently, I updated my Header Image. It works great on the web, but is not propagating the new image for mobile.
Please advise.
Thank you!

KeymasterHello Hydedm7,
We have verified on our server that the header media changes are reflected on both desktop and mobile devices. Could you please ensure that you have cleared the cache on your mobile device?

ParticipantHi Sujapati,
Thank you for your reply.
I thought that might be the case, but I’ve cleared cache in two different phones (each with Chrome and Safari) and the header image remains the same on mobile. Web looks great!
What else do you recommend?

KeymasterHello Hydedm7,
Could you kindly provide us with the options you enabled in the Customizer to change the header image? It would be helpful if you could include screenshots. Additionally, please share the URL of your website so that we could inspect on your end.
Kind Regards

Please check with your hosting server support to clear this cache.
Also, where did you send the email?

ParticipantThanks for your help.
My host provider added that plugin. It was not accessible through my wordpress portal.
I had them remove the plugin and now the mobile site is updating.
Cheers!
