I am having a similar issue but not with the whole site. I can’t get into the customize section of the theme (get e blank screen every time) but I can get into themes option section. All this happened after upgrading from Pro version 4.2 to 4.9.
I followed all the instructions to do the upgrade and used the Catch Updater plugin to do it.

I really need help because I need to make some changes that are only in the customize area.

@aferrera: Please try disabling all your plugins and check if the customizer works.

It seems that a plugin I am using and need in order for my website to work in one of the sections I have is the one that was creating the issue.
The plugin is Photo Gallery by WD Version 1.4.3 which is the latest version. (Which I have been using and dedicating a lot of time to set up my photo galleries)
I had this plugin installed and working perfectly without having any issues with the previous version of Catch Katmandu Pro 4.2 before updating to Catch Katmandu Pro 4.9.4
Is there another way to resolve this issue other than deactivating that plugin?

@aferrera: It seems the issue is caused by the plugin, you will need to contact the plugin support and share the issue with them. They should be able to solve your issue.

The plugin was working ok before upgrading the Catch Katmandu theme from 4.2 to 4.9. But I just installed a different gallery plugin (Envira Gallery Lite) and the same problem happens, which tells me that the common denominator is the theme since is happening with two different plugins from 2 different companies. Of course that I deactivated the other plugin before activating this new one.
Just in case fyi the 2 plugins tested are:
• Photo Gallery by WD Version 1.4.4
• Envira Gallery Lite Version 1.6.2
I have entered into the discussion panels of both companies and there is no single thread related to this issue.

@aferrera: The blank page maybe is caused basically due to the memory limit issue, contact your web hosting server and ask theme to increase the memory limit to a higher value. If you are still having issue after increasing memory in the server send me the details through the email. sorry for the inconvenience caused.
