Hello, when choosing Appearance, Customizer of when choosing Appearance, Header or Appearance, Background, Ia am getting this internal server error.
This error only occurs with the Catch Everest Pro Theme and not with the standard Twenty Fifteen, Sixteen or Seventeen Theme.

If I choose the Appearance Menu and then Theme Options, I will get the Theme Options Panel which says that it will be retired on future versions. It recommends me to use Customizer instead. The link to ‘Customizer’ also results in the error 500.

I am using Contact Form 7 (by Takayuki Miyoshi) version 4.6.1 and the official Facebook plugin Versie: 1.5.5.
Even if I de-activate them, I keep the problem when using Catch Everest Pro.
If I choose another standard theme, there is no problem.

@albertocatch59: Just checked your site, seems its the issue within your WordPress installation or server. I changed the theme to WordPress’s core themes and the customizer isn’t loading. Let me know further.

    Regards,
    Mahesh
