I can’t seem to get the full text of the Home Page to display. It’s only showing a portion of the text with no formatting — and then a “read more” link that doesn’t open the full page.
Here’s what I’ve done and tried so far:
Have the option set to “static page” and selected “home” in Settings –> Reading
Selected “Full Text” in the “For each article in a feed, show” setting in Settings –> Reading
I’ve tried expanding the “Excerpt Length in Words” to 4000. That displays the content, but with no formatting — so that’s not a solution.
When you select a different page like “vacation rentals,” that has a different the entire page does not use the sidebar template it works — but the the sidebar is gone.
