    I am unable to upgrade to Kathmandu Pro 3.0, everytime I try I receive the following error:
    “An error occurred while updating Catch Kathmandu Pro: Update package not available.”
    The free version updates without problem but not the Pro. Please advise.

    @Albert: As paid version access is only available to paid subscriber and sorry it’s not automatic. But it’s not that hard to update if you install Catch Updater plugin http://catchthemes.com/wp-plugins/catch-updater/ and follow the instruction mentioned there.

    I loaded the plug-in updater but I cannot locate the updated version of the theme. Where can I download the update for the theme?

    I bought the Pro version a while ago, and I am now unable to upgrade from 3.2 to 4.0 version. What do I have to do? I´ve been able upgrade before…

    @Michael: First, you need to download the your theme zip file from your account at http://catchthemes.com/my-account/. Then if you want to update from WordPress Dashboard then you need to install Catch Updater plugin http://catchthemes.com/wp-plugins/catch-updater/ and follow the instruction mentioned there.

    You can also use FTP for update which is mentioned in theme instruction page http://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/
