Hi,
This is about to be a beautiful public site, but it’s still hiding behind a ‘coming son’ page. We’re down to pre-launch fine tuning and have a few questions.1- To make the primary navigation consistent where there’s a dropdown the top entry is unlinked using ‘#’. Visually this is accomplishing what was desired but it’s causing complications with the breadcrumbs. The dropdown page breadcrumbs all say they are one below Home instead of referencing the top level label with the #. Is there any way to make the label show up in the breadcrumb? Or is there another way to accomplish this?
2- As recommended we are using the Catch Social Icons widget but it’s behaving oddly. In the sidebar it’s fine but if we try to place it in the footer or bottom widget area it asks for a menu to be assigned to it. What do the menus have to do with social icons? This appears to be a bug and is making me think we should be using something else. Help!

1. I am afraid that is not possible as the Breadcrumb only changes when visited to another page. If you really need it I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.
2. The CT: Social Icons widget seems to be working fine at my end. The menu you chose will be displayed in the Social Icons widget. So you will need to choose the Social Menu.
Let me know if this helps you out!
Kind Regards,

The sidebar one works fine with showing the social icons where information has been supplied in settings. The footer and bottom widgets have a dropdown for a menu which is not asked for in the sidebar. When the first works fine, I feel compelled to ask why it’s ok for the two to act differently. I’ve never seen a widget do this. Is it really going to require the social credentials to be added in two different locations? Please explain.
Thank you
