In the Featured Slider #
I’ve tried all 4 options: Featured Post Slider, Featured Page Slider, Featured Category Slider and Featured Image Slider. Without any success!

Sometimes, It only shows the first image, the others (3) are blank? But right click on blank space to show image in new tab works?

Other times they are all blank, even if I refresh the page, and even if I reset it to the demo mode?

Plus, in Appearance => Customize => Featured Slider Options => Featured Slider Type
I can’t even see my original images, unable to bring any modifications…

What am I doing wrong?

@veetam: After you choose the slider type. You need to add in the slider details.
For Example: if you choose Featured Image Slider from “Appearance => Customize => Featured Slider Options => Featured Slider Type” then you need to Click on “Select Image” and upload the images for your slider. If you choose Featured Page Slider, then you need to select pages. But when you choose Featured Page slider, make sure you have added in Featured Image in those pages. Same with Featured Post Slider and Category Slider.

The original image that come with the slider is Featured Demo Slider. This is just for demo purposes. After selecting the featured type and adding in the details, send me your site URL and then I will check in.

I get it, but still doesn’t work, also after inserting 4 featured images, in featured images there is only the possibility to change No of images, I can’t select images anymore?

Tell me if you see both images?
On the page I get the first one only, click the arrow and you will get a blank image, try the arrows and now they are both blank?

@veetam: Are you using Latest version of WordPress and Theme. Can you let me know about it. Looking at the Screenshot, it looks like you are using older version of WordPress and Theme.

Hi @Sakin, I’m facing the same problem with @veetam as well.

I just bought the catchbase PRO. Uploaded 3 images into the Featured image slider, but only 1 image appear.

Hi @Sakin, prior to the Featured image slider issues, I can’t get the Featured Post Content to work as well. Only the description words came out, not the post.

Been cracking my head troubleshooting ever since i purchased this theme several hours ago. It shouldn’t be that difficult to use isn’t it?

Hi @Sakin!

I bought this theme yesterday and installed it on WP 4.1. My problem is exactly same looking than with Young. Four images, only first one shoving when reloading page and after that just blanks. After a while of trying some things I noticed that slider starts with second slide (the second ball is active), then goes to first one and after that normally 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc.

I installed WP with Installatron installer but don’t get how it could affect.

My server is using PHP 5.4, MySQL 5.6 and Apache 2.4.

I am using Catch Base. I can’t make the slider function work: I seem to have only “featured page” and “demo” options. When I use “featured page,” I get the title and site content, along with the featured image.

I just want a few featured images, without page information (or without being part of a page) for my slider. How do I make that work?

I am using the free version of Catch Base.

@Naomi: You need to create more pages. So, that you can add in more image as one page will have one featured image. Featured Page Slider will link to page if you want independent image then you need to use Featured Image Slier which is there only in Catch Base Pro theme. I have the same problem. I have the latest version of WP and the theme catch base pro (2.4). I have uploaded 6 pictures in a image slider.
