    I’m trying Autoplay delay in http://www.stefanogiolo.it, but Autoplay works, time settinga not.

    I try to changes it to 5000, or 10000 or 50000 (I think it is milloseconds) but there is no changes. Delay is in any case top short.

    Can you help me?

    @stapia: Our development team has resolved the issue and it is currently in the testing phase. Once testing is complete, we will update the plugin. You can expect the plugin update within the next few days.

    @stapia: We’ve resolved the autoplay delay issue. You’ll receive an update notification for both the theme and its plugin. Once you update them, you’ll be able to set the timing for the slider interval.

    Meanwhile, you might see an ‘Attempt Block Recovery’ popup, as shown in the image below. Simply click the button, and everything will be good to go!

    I have received update only for theme, and not for plugin.
    And the problem is not solved

    @staipa: Have you got ‘attempt block recovery’ message after the update? If yes click the button and save the file, you will get the change.

    Would you please send me the screenshot of an editor with that slider?

    No, I didn’t get that message.
    After updating the theme (and not the plugin) nothing changed and nothing happened.
    Now I have this versions:
    Globetrotter Pro: 2.2.4
    FSE Pro: 1.4.4
    I’ll add that if I change the timer values, exit and enter again, the timer always resets to 3000 seconds.

    Hi staipa,

    Sorry for the issue. Please update to the Globetrotter Pro 2.2.5 and then you will get an update notification for FSE Pro on your Dashboard. After the theme update, you can also update the FSE Pro plugin from the “Appearance => Install Plugins” and click on “Update”.

    Sorry, after a further check on http://www.stefanogiolo.it the problem is solved, while on http://www.staipa.it/blog the slides do not change automatically, even though they are set in the same way as the other site

    Hello Staipa:  We’ve tested the FSE slider across multiple pages, and it appears to be functioning correctly on all of them. The issue on your blog page could be due to a plugin conflict. Please try disabling the plugins one by one on that page to identify the cause.

    I have a News.
    The differences between the two sites are due to the wp fastest cache plugin, in particular the “Some js sources will not be loaded until scrolling or moving the mouse” function which, if disabled, breaks the slide timer.
