How do I add fonts so I can use them for the text? I would like to add CASA & Raleway.

Since Raleway is a Google Font it will be added to the theme and an update will be released soon. For the font CASA you will need to find a suitable plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository to add custom fonts or create a child theme and enqueue the font file to the theme.

Do I need to do something to get the Raleway font? And what van I do to get Casa? Can you explain how this works?

The Raleway font will be added to the theme and an update will be released. Then you can
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Font Family Options => Select Raleway Font and Publish.

Since Casa is not a Google Font it cannot be added to the theme. So either you will need to use custom font plugin to use the font or download the font files and create a child theme and finally enqueue the font files to the theme.
