Hi Mahesh
Just to let you know it wasn’t a Theme issue. I needed a Plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-embed-code/
to make it work the same way as W3school, so conclusion is just that Javascript and JQuery cannot run in WordPress without the Plugin 🙂Best Regards
Claus GamborgClaus GamborgParticipantI will try disable the Plugins one by one to see if that’s the reason.
Claus GamborgParticipantWebsite changing from https://www.masterchessopen.com to https://www.cleanchess.com
So not available before 1. September.
Claus GamborgParticipantWell. That wouldn’t help much as the site is under maintenance to 1. September.
Best Regards
Claus GamborgClaus GamborgParticipantHello Sakin
Thanks for reply. I would like to buy Nepal Buzz Pro and got your coupon code. However on Checkout there is a recurring total of 49 USD per Month, so I’ll leave it for now.
Best Regards
Claus GamborgClaus GamborgParticipantHello Sakin
Thanks for a good response and answer. I can understand that.
Solution no. 1 worked for the Header image, so all good concerning that.
Now remain the issue that the font and size of a full width page is only 80 % width with a Zoom of 100 % in Microsoft Edge :
https://app.box.com/s/fnlmbogonb5c52cc8lpfzqdlevft9ham
Compared to Google Chrome:
https://app.box.com/s/8xarpilezysihdl274t3k2lipv846ki0
Both Chrome and Edge have a 100 % Zoom in the pictures. There’s a clear difference in the resolution.
I prefer to have same view for my users, which is quite a few as my website is known in approximately 160 Countries. If it cannot be solved with Catch Flames Pro is the by anyway an option to shift to Nepal Buzz Pro and pay let’s say 25 USD for the Nepal Buzz Pro with 1920px resolution as I already bought Catch Flames Pro as it might not be the best solution for my website ?
Best Regards
Claus GamborgClaus GamborgParticipantHello Mahesh. Well now you didn’t answer my question: Can you explain to me why Celestial is Responsive to screen in Microsoft Edge and Catch Themes are not ?
Catch Themes show 80 % resolution and it goes for fonts too (very important to understand). It’s the entire screen that is 80 % if you zoom to 125 % you get the same 100 % screen in Microsoft Edge as when Zoom is set to 100 % in Chrome.
I know you’re trying to solve it but so far the problem remain even done what you instructed. So back to basic. Are you sure it’s not a responsive problem with Catch Themes using the latest Windows 10 edition ? Maybe I’m the only one where Catch Themes does not fill out the entire screen at 100 % Zoom.
The very funny thing is that the problem doesn’t exist with other Themes like Celestial. I don’t expect you can explain it.
I don’t believe my users are supposed to Zoom to 125 % using Microsoft Edge ?

ClausCatch Flames Pro 100 % https://app.box.com/s/sato7t6062mlf88mebjsvdvhudnzrf02
Celestial 100 % https://app.box.com/s/kc3shntntw0fbj70l7k27a74e7xifa5e
Claus GamborgParticipantOne thing more. Also make sure to test with the latest Microsoft Edge Version Microsoft Edge 40.15063.0.0, Microsoft EdgeHTML 15.15063 for Windows 10.
Regards
ClausClaus GamborgParticipantHello Mahesh
If you’re using 125 % for Catch Themes it’s true.
Catch Flames Pro 100 % https://app.box.com/s/sato7t6062mlf88mebjsvdvhudnzrf02
Celestial 100 % https://app.box.com/s/kc3shntntw0fbj70l7k27a74e7xifa5e
Can you explain to me why Celestial is Responsive to screen in Microsoft Edge and Catch Themes are not ?
Regards
ClausClaus GamborgParticipantHi again Mahesh
CSS didn’t change anything.
It haven’t anything to do with Plugins. It’s a Browser issue. I am now quite sure it’s a Theme Problem not being responsive to Microsoft Edge. In the way it doesn’t fill out the screen. You have the same problem with your Demo. Please look at screen shots: https://app.box.com/s/tkvccr6lx2on9d2oxmw2thucfbcjnmj5
Hope I’m not to harsh but it irritates me a bit as the website looks terrible in Microsoft Edge.
I use the same screen resolution 1920×1080, so it isn’t the Display that’s the problem.
I think it might be a good idea to talk to the developer of the Theme as there is a clear difference between Chrome and Edge View.
To be perfectly clear that I’m right. I have tested my website in another Theme Celestial and it’s responsive in both Chrome and Edge with 100 % View: https://app.box.com/s/5ahdhygi1035nmnjdah8g9hf7t2hgtsa No Problem.
Catch Flames Pro is not responsive. If not solved I need to buy a new Theme and I can only rate Catch Flames Pro, 1 Star.
Best Regards
Claus GamborgClaus GamborgParticipantNope I didn’t. That fixed the issue.
All went well with update to Version 3.8.2 using Catch Updater 🙂
Thanks for help.

ClausClaus GamborgParticipantHello again
It doesn’t matter now. I changed the background color to white. It’s the ‘Footer Sidebar Widget Background Color’ that doesn’t reach the Footer Menu and due to this makes a space between the Widget and Menu.
So I guess it’s just the way it is with the Theme.
Best Regards
Claus GamborgClaus GamborgParticipantHi Mahesh
Thanks for reply.
However. My resolution is also 1920×1080. That’s the problem. Image don’t fill out the screen. It looks like a 75 % screen size. 125 % Size in Microsoft Edge fill out the screen with image. Maybe we have different Chrome Browsers or versions. I don’t have a problem with Chrome it’s full size as image https://app.box.com/s/y0ejryhp5rj2xjmz8eunlxhcm2cn4dk0 and as shown on the Chrome Picture fills out the entire screen but not in Microsoft Edge.
So the problem is still there.
Best Regards
Claus GamborgClaus GamborgParticipantHi Mahesh
Thanks for reply. Ok. I enclose pictures in the following links from my Box.com:
100 % in Chrome: https://app.box.com/s/y0ejryhp5rj2xjmz8eunlxhcm2cn4dk0
100 % in Microsoft Edge: https://app.box.com/s/gy01kyp4p8ptwncx4jovqaj2bht2go6p
If I put Microsoft Edge to Zoom 125 % I get the same as 100 % in Chrome.
Just to mention it that it have nothing to do with the Header image it’s done according to Catch Flame Recommendations 1600 px x 400 px and the screen should be the same on both Chrome and Edge.
Best Regards
Claus GamborgClaus GamborgParticipantForgot the website where you can see it: https://www.masterchessopen.com/
Claus GamborgParticipantHello Mahesh
I tried disable plugins and reactivate them. Doesn’t help much, so I spend some time to see what could be the reason. However I can’t find an explanation. Not that it matters much. I can live with it.
You can see the difference here:
Font in Backend of WordPress: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4HI4KBqITK_WUpYbTE1VTVSQlE/view?usp=drivesdk
and
Frontend: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4HI4KBqITK_R1piemZmalVWZFE/view?usp=drivesdk
I setup the fonts in Custom CSS in the Theme (With affect the Frontend but not the Backend as you can see from pictures):
h1 {
text-shadow: 5px 5px 5px #cccccc;
font-size: 35px;
font-weight: bold;
text-align: center;
font-family: Cabin;}
h3 {
text-shadow: 5px 5px 5px #cccccc;
font-size: 26x;
font-weight: bold;
color: #000000;
font-family: Cabin;}
h4 {
font-size: 20px;
font-weight: bold;
color: #000000;
font-family: Cabin;}
h5 {
font-size: 18px;
font-family: Cabin;}
h6 {
font-size: 14px;
font-family: Cabin;}
paragraph {
font-size: 20px;
font-family: Cabin;}
.tc-header {
min-height: 45px; /* Adjust to suit */
height: 60px; /* Adjust to suit */
max-height: 75px; /* Adjust to suit */
}Best Regards
Claus GamborgClaus GamborgParticipantHi Mahesh
Thanks for your reply. True it’s done in an iframe. However I don’t think it’s sizing the iframe that’s the problem neither Catch Flame Pro Theme. I can now see it’s more about the website I embed in an iframe.
This iframe regarding lichess.org doesn’t adapt to a mobile: https://www.masterchessopen.com/analysis-board-with-fen-and-pgn-import-option
This iframe from an other website https://database.chessbase.com/ adapts on a mobile: https://www.masterchessopen.com/online-game-database-weekly-updated
It must be the coding of the websites. I need to work a way around the problem. Maybe I need a developer to look into that issue as I’m quite depended on my users can watch all the pages on my website on mobile.
Have a great weekend.
Best Regards
Claus GamborgClaus GamborgParticipantHi Mahesh
Thanks for the quick response. By the way it’s an awesome Theme with a great design. You’re right it seems fine at the Front End. My problem was that from the preview (from Back End) it was full screen. It still is and I’m trying to figure out why. The fonts are also much bigger at the Back End than they actually appear on the Front End when I’m logged out of WordPress Back End.
Best Regards
