I finally found out, how to work around this issue. You can think of the first page as if it was a picture that consists of three layers:
– bottom layer contains the background picture (Media Header)
– middle layer contains only the URL, which shows on the start page at the center (we want to get rid of this stuff),
– top layer contains Header Media Logo.
When you scroll the page down, bottom layer stays in place and middle and top layers move together to the top.
The theme is designed in such a way, that middle layer is not visible, if you use Header Media Logo. If you remove Header Media Logo, then you end up with this crappy broken link just at the center of your startpage. On original skin of Audioman, you can see in this place this fancy word “Rhythm”. So if you do not want to have crappy URL and also do not wish to use Header Media Logo, you can prepare small picture. It can be tiny. I used black square with dimensions 1×1 pixel and put it as Media Header Logo. Even such small picture is able to cover completely the “middle layer” with unwanted URL. Done!
I hope it will help somebody over there! I helped myself, I am going to have a beer 😉
