Hi.  I hate to be a pain, but in the right-hand column, under Primary Header (or Primary Footer, for that matter), I have nothing that opens up to “Navigation.”

Hi!  Thanks so much for your prompt reply.

When I go to Appearance => Editor in WP dashboard, then in the Site Editor locate and click on the Navigation block, I do not see a list of available menus.

It is blank.

There is nothing but a line of text that reads, “Navigation Menus are a curated collection of blocks that allow visitors to get around your site.”

I’m sorry, I didn’t make myself clear.  I would like the header and graphic that’s on the front page repeated on every page, like the linked image.  (how does one embed an image on this platform? Am I just missing it?)
