I logged into my account in an attempt to download my paid for copy of catch responsive pro but I can’t find any download links anywhere?

My site was hacked and I need to re-install everything so I was trying to find a copy of the files that I paid for but I can’t find anything.

Where is the download?

No I can’t.
That’s why I posted here.
Unless there’s a hidden link somewhere, there is no option I can see to download my theme

How could the sales team possibly help me if the tech team can’t?
Unless you’re trying to pass me of to try and sell me a piece of software I’ve already paid for?
Is that how you guys do business?
I knew I should’ve never bought software outside envato!
lesson learnt I guess – never buy direct from theme developer… they don’t list in envato for a reason – envato requires them to act appropriately – you can’t jib customers if you list in envato right?
