Hi Sangeeta,

Greetings of the day!

I used the Zubin Free theme and built my website with almost all my content. (Except my portfolio)

It looks great on desktop. However, when I try to view it from my mobile phone, everything gets contracted.

It would be great if you could kindly help me and please guide me where I may be wrong.

Things, Im unable to display clearly are;

1) Please check the option SERVICES WE PROVIDE. The mobile view of the demo looks amazing in mobile, however, the changes i made aren’t looking that good in mobile.
2) Drop down and search icons aren’t appearing clearly. There might be some problem.
3) Is there a way we can make the Header Media responsive? The header media doesn’t look that interesting on phone.

Did you make any changes to theme files as the design of the nav dots in the SERVICES WE PROVIDE section doesn’t seem to be working like the demo?

Can you please try deactivating the plugins you are using and check if the issue is resolved?

To make the Header Media responsive
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.custom-header::before {
    background-image: unset !important;

}
.has-header-media .custom-header .wp-custom-header img {
    display: block !important;
}
.has-header-image.home .custom-header {
    min-height: unset !important;
}

Let me know if the issue persists!

Thank you for your response. For the responsive header, I used the additional CSS code provided and its working now.

However, for your query, “Did you make any changes to theme files as the design of the nav dots in the SERVICES WE PROVIDE section doesn’t seem to be working like the demo?, I didn’t make any changes.

Also, as mentioned by you about the deactivating of the theme, would it break my site and loose my content?

Just wanted to confirm this before deactivating. I imported your demo theme using a plugin that was provided by CATCH itself.

Just let me know if deactivating the plugin would break my site, and I shall proceed accordingly.

I apologize for getting you wrong. By Deactivating plugins, are you pointing towards any specific plugin? Or you mean all the plugins?

Deactivating the plugins shouldn’t break your site. What I suspect the icons not working and SERVICES WE PROVIDE section getting distorted is due to one of the plugins. So please deactivate all the plugins that you are using and check if the issue is resolved.

Let me know if the issue persists even after deactivating all the plugins.

I would definitely try deactivating plugins one by one and check if there’s any change.

Also, I see a lot of new changes in the free demo that are not reflected on my site.

Was there any recent update? Can I check if my site is updated to the recent version?

I shall let you know with my findings at the earliest.

Hey Skandha,

The issue for the icons was resolved by deactivating a plugin. (Elementor) Thank you for your support.

However, the only issue that I am facing now is with the SERVICES WE PROVIDE getting distorted.

Also, as mentioned in my previous post, I wanted to check if my site was updated to the latest update.

Kindly let me know if there is anything from my end which is pending.

Can you try reinstalling the theme? The CSS Code necessary for the Nav dots doesn’t seem to exist on your site. Reinstalling the theme might solve the issue.
