I cannot get the To Top plugin working. I have enabled all the options in Customiser and uploaded my own image to use. Whether I have my own icon selected or one of the other graphic options, the icon doesn’t appear on screen.

@sloaneranger: Hello there,
The fullpage.js disables the scrolling function of scroll up or to top in the homepage. If you check in post or pages other than homepage the to top option works fine.
To make the to top option work in the homepage you will need to enabling normal scrolling.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => FullPage Options => Check to enable Normal Scrolling
