Occasionally I observe a submenu has been displayed lower than expected making it very difficult to navigate the mouse pointer to the desired selection. It is not consistent but I have captured and image of the situation.

@Edward: Can you post in your site URL so that I can check in. Also let me know in which browser you are facing this problem.

The site url is http://barc.ca. Do you need admin access?

    Sorry Sakin,
you asked for more information. The browser I was using at the time was Safari 7.0.5. Remember, it only happens periodically. I can’t make it happen on demand.

If I look at the menu for Emergency ReadinessI see the Amber Alerts submenu is “slightly” lower than expected but not inaccessible.

    More information.
I left the tab with my website open while I did some browsing in several other tabs. When I returned to the tab with my website most of the submenus appeared shifted down to an almost inaccessible position.

@Edward: I see that you have minify style.css, this might be the cause of issue. You don’t need to minify style.css as it’s just a text with very low kb space. There won’t be any performance improvement by minify style.css

Fair enough. I had disabled minify. I have been experimenting with cacheing options and I was about to abandon minify anyway.
    Thanks again.
