Hi,

I have used Customizer->Theme Options->Homepage/Frontpage options to set the active categories to show on my homepage. However, the results on the homepage do not reflect the changed options. I still get all posts, regardless of category.

Can you help?

@twicklund: Hello there,
I checked you site and you seem to have set you homepage as a static page.
To use Theme Options->Homepage/Frontpage options to set the active categories you will need to set your Homepage as latest posts.

Hi, Thanks for looking into this. However, i believe i was not clear in my issue definition.

I have a static home page. However, when i check the box at Theme Options-> Home Page/Front Page options that says “show recent posts on static home page” the posts show up, but they are not filtered by the options above the checkbox which allows you to choose which post types to show on the STATIC HOME PAGE recent posts.

The selection of post types is simply not being respected.

@twicklund: Hello there,
It is the default feature of WordPress to support categories only on recent posts on homepage and not on static page. If you really need it you will need to get your site customized. I suggest you to hire a customizer.

This is not a core wp function, but theme specific. And it is not working.
