Dear Catch Team,
I have a problem with Mag Pro. My intention is to have the sidebar only shows up on the front-page and at all other posts and pages the full width without the sidebar. But whatever I select in the customizer, it does not wor (either the sidebar is shown everywhere or the sidebar is shown not at all).
Please have a quick look at:

For that
Go to => Appearance => Widgets => Remove the widgets you have on the Sidebar then add the widgets you want to have only on the homepage on Optional Homepage Sidebar.Let me know if this works out!
Kind Regards,

Thank you for the quick replay. Unfortunately it does not work as expected. Please find some Screenshots. Screenshot 1 shows my settings and the view of a single page or single post. As you can see, the Default Layout is set to Full-Width (which shall be ok, as I want only a sidebar on the frontpage):
Unfortunately, as you will see in the following screenshot 2, with these settings, there is no sidebar at the homepage:
If I change the settings to the ones you can see in Screenshot 3, the sidebar is correctly shown on the homepage but also than it is shown on the single posts or pages (see Screenshot 4).
If I follow your advice, it either does not solve the problem.
So please have a closer look at the issue. If necessary we can do a Skype session, where I show you my issue in detail (it is hard to explain with screenshots). It is my third theme I bought from you and never had such big problems.

I try to split up the message:
Part 1:
Hello Skhanda,
Nope, nothing of your tips helps me. To point out my two main problems with MagPro (yes, a second one appeared), please see the four Powerpoint-Pages i created, to show you more in detail my intention and what is not working.June 4, 2021 at 8:13 am #283777Dirk FritscheParticipantPart 2 – as i cannot create a reply “Error: Your reply cannot be created at this time.” with image links, please give me a feedback how i can provide you the images i prepared on a alternate way.
I guess there is a bunch of not working thinks (maybe caused by last WP update or so). So please have a closer look. I repeat: I am willing to work out a solution together, as i really like the theme. If you need to have admin access to the page let me know. We can also do a Skype-Session / Zoom or whatever together to try out different things.
Br Dirk
BTW: I am getting a little bit frustrated right now and my customer is behind me because of the major delay this issue is creating…. And now the support functions does not function proberly….
