    Hi,

    I’ve had this problem before where there is no download link/option to upgrade to the latest version of CatchBox Pro.

    I have a valid subscription through to August next year, as per the following extract:

    Order Subscription Status Next Payment End Date Actions
    #42372 Catch Box Pro (Theme Usage for Lifetime and Update for 1 year) Active – August 13, 2015

    Last time this happened your rep, Sangeeta Karmacharya, found my account was on hold and needed to be reactivated. Could you please do this as soon as possible?

    @Robertf: Sorry to know that. But for this type of issue please contact out sales directly at http://catchthemes.com/contact-us/. They will handle it fast. I have already informed them. So, you should be able to download it anytime soon.

    Belated thanks for sorting out the download link for me. Can you please confirm the latest version of Catch Box Pro is 4.0 (as per the download link).
