Hi,
After activating the News Ticker, it appears right below the slider/header image while the News Ticker Position option is not set (empty). Setting that option to Above Content will indeed move it down to right above the content but setting the option to Below Slider / Header Image will not move it (back) up to the initial position.
Bug?

The issue with the front page slide order (when set to pages) remains. Seems even to change sometimes across page loads. Weird.
Also, could you please please please remove the french translation? It’s really really bad and only confusing. Many translations do not make any sense like the “News Ticker” is translated as “Nouveau Ticket” which means “new ticket” (like a concert ticket, not even close to what its supposed to mean) and when the word “Check” is used for check box text, it’s translated with “Vรฉrifier” which means “Verify” which does not make sense at all in that context. Was it Google translate?

Regarding the French translation, since we do not know french, those translations are not done by us and are done by our customers like you. You could contribute to translating the theme in french and we will put your name as a contributor for the translation.
All you need to do is download free software from http://poedit.net/ and open it then. Edit a translation and then select fr_FR file and open. Then you will see the English text on left side and its translation to the right. You can correct previous translations as well as add new translations to the empty ones. After completing translating the words you can email us the .po file and we will update the translation in the next theme update.Let me know if this helps you out!

The problem with the existing one is not that it lacks translation strings, but many many translations are simply wrong… My advise is better to NOT have a translation than a wrong one. All your French customers will be very confused and not be able to understand the meaning of many theme options. They’ll have to come here or read the english documentation anyway to understand the “weird” option names. So a wrong translation is worse than useless, it’s a loss of time for your French users and, as a consequence, for you on these forums, answering questions that would otherwise not be asked. Something to consider ๐

We cannot simply remove these translation as many customers maybe using the translation file. So, maybe if you could just spare sometime to correct the translations that are wrong that would be a great help for all the people using the french translation.

That’s simply not possible in case of the existing French translation as it is completely wrong in just about EVERY translation string. Using the translation will be the most confusing thing to do as NONE of the theme options will make any sense.
So, maybe if you could just spare sometime to correct the translations that are wrong that would be a great help for all the people using the french translation.
OK, so I finally took the time to do so. I can send the new translation if you wish ๐
