Hi,
I work for University of Rochester.Today I saw one of the university blog (The Green Dandelion) showing old post from 2009 on the home page slider. Home page display settings show that I have selected ‘Your latest posts’.
To fix this, I thought of updating it to new version. University doesn’t allow me to add plugin.
How do I update the new version for free without plugin?March 20, 2019 at 1:13 am #168272SkandhaParticipantMarch 20, 2019 at 9:35 am #168309rkolanupParticipantHello Skandha –
We have updated the theme and the problem persists. The posts shown in the slider are the oldest instead of the newest. Please help!
Thank you.

The issue is resolved, thank you. It just took a few minutes for update to propogate.
We did have to purchase the theme again in order to download it. We would like a refund as it should have been a free update during the first year.Thank you.

There must have some issue with the updates not appearing on your my-account page in the downloads section. You should be getting theme updates until one year after you have purchased the theme.
Can you please fill in the form in this link and address the issue you are having and our representative will get back to you.Kind Regards,

Were you able to resolve the issue?Kind Regards,
SkandhaMarch 22, 2019 at 9:31 am #168478rkolanupParticipantYes, issue with slider showing old posts is resolved. The update fixed it. I will fill out form requesting refund though because we had to purchase theme update when it was supposed to be free for first year.
Thank you for your help.
