    I keep getting the message within WP that an “error occurred, please try again” when attempting to activate my license. I’ve put in my website name in the manage license section to try and fix the issue.  Suggestions?

    Hi Michael,

    Did you use the Parent License key or the product one? Parent is only used for renewal. You need to use the second one. Check this https://catchthemes.com/fse-faq/how-to-activate-license-key/.
