Hi,
On my website-under-construction I’d like to use both full width pages as pages with one sidebar. I found a lot of lay-out options, but I wasn’t able to figure out how to get this working, because the templates in the page overview (quick editing) don’t support this. I was searching for the combination ‘lay-out-options’ and ‘overwrite that by choosing another template for a particular page’. But I couldn’t find that.
Can I get this working? Or do I need a programmer to add a full width template and set the rest to ‘right sidebar’?
I’m looking forward to you answer.
This site is still under construction, but if needed I’d love to send you the login details in a private message. Thanks in advance!

This option is already available in the theme.
Go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Layout Options and select a layout in Sidebar Layout Options, this will be your default layout for your site. Then for the pages you want to have different layout, go to Dashboard=> Pages and edit the selected page and select desired layout for that page in Sidebar Layout option.Let me know if any problem.

It works great – thanks! I’ll use this theme for other clients too – it works great.

a customer is driving me crazy. I am using Adventurous Pro Theme for meeting his demands. At first he wanted just one main sidebar on the left, so it was no problem.
But now, he decided to use second sidebar onthe right for one featured news, too. I already changed width of “main” and “content” container. So there is plenty of place. But I could not find a solution for placing widget container on the right of the content area.
I know, that using left and right sidebar is as standard wordpress feature in many themes, so I was convinced your theme is able, too. I failed, but I don’t want to change the Theme in this statium of project.
Any Ideas?
Thanks alot

But Adventurous Pro uses only two column layout so two sidebars on right and left is not possible without customization.
I recommend you to use our three column layout theme Catch Base Pro. But as you’ve mentioned that you don’t want to change the theme, you’ll need to create a child theme and register a new widget area through customization. Design also needs be adjusted. I recommend you to hire a customizer.Regards,
