Hi, I’m setting up a new web site with your WP’s Clean Journal Pro theme and I found a problem which I hope you can help me to solve.
It’s in the home page. When I’m customizing it, I can see properly in the beside screen all the category posts arranged in scroll with their short text and its excerpt featured images correctly, but when I save and close the customization menu, the home page shows the posts titles only. The image and text paragraph are gone. (As you can see in http://www.amptadv.es)
What do you think am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Martin,

Can you check if there is this same issue with your site when the language is changed to english. I think this might be a translation file issue.

Hi Pratik,

I did it but nothing changes.
And I realize now that the home page slider image shows only the first of the 3 images.
Any other ideas?

@Martin: This looks different and something we haven’t encounter. So, I need to check in your server. I will email you and please reply me there.

@Martin: Thanks for cooperating and corresponding through email. I was able to solve this issue by updating the theme. Looks like our version 1.0 has issue with excerpt in some of the servers. We are update it in about 2 days time. Thanks.
