    @planarquitectos: Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

    .has-section-background-image::before {
    background-color: unset !important;
}

    @planarquitectos: Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media => Background Image Overlay = Set it 0.
