MemberHi,
I have a question about the featured slider that I am using on my home page.
The slider is set to use posts and I have hyperlinks within the post text to other pages although when the post is displayed by the slider the hyperlinks are not included.
The visitor of the site has to click through on the post title first on the featured slider and then click on the hyperlink once the post is displayed.
Is it possible to adjust the featured slider to allow hyperlinks in the post text when displayed by the slider?

I have worked out how to include a html link in the featured slider posts using the ‘Excerpt’ section of the post.
This works fine but it automatically adds the Read More/continue tag to the post. Is it possible to remove this?

Keymaster@delboorman: post in your site URL so that I can check and will send you css to hide it.

Keymaster@delboorman: Do you mean to remove Read More from Latest News articles in homepage. Then you can add the following css in “Appearance => Theme Options => Custom CSS” box to hide it:
.latest-news-holder .more-link { display: none; }
