Hi
We are not able to display caption for “Featured images” on posts (or any other type of pages). if you have a solution for this we would be grateful. We want to use caption to display proper “attribution” when using third party images.

@mbd: I don’t understand what you mean here. Can you please clarify more showing showing what you want in your site with a image or url to that page?

I have now uploaded one post such that you can see what i mean. If you open the link below you will see that the caption on the post featured image do not display. My question was: Do you have any solutions such that the caption may be displayed?

@mbd: I am afraid that is not possible. To have captioned image you’ll need to put the image in the content section and then add caption to it.

I am sorry to see that there is no solution for this.
Yes, it is a problem since we in some cases need to include caption for attribution purposes. Your proposal to included the images with caption within the content section do not solve our needs, since, as we understand the image then will not be displayed as “Featured image” on “Post page” or anywhere else we choose to display “Featured content”.
