    Hello. I needed to update my primary sidebar and now cannot control which widgets (or blocks) are showing up. I am using classic editor, but tried blocks for widgets under appearance. When I “update” it’s the wrong stuff. What to do to get back on track? I wanted to go with blocks but it is not working. Please let me know. Jim

    I am still trying. I installed the plugin to go back to classic widgets. But it is the same two default widgets that always appear, no matter what I try. humaninterests.org

    OK I am got it – I was confusing the primary sidebar with the optional sidebar. Sorry
