    Hello,

Thanks for a great theme and great support. I am attempting to use a chat plugin (ChatX) and I am running into a theme conflict with Catch Everest Pro. The plugin author is indicating a likely JavaScript issue. I am pretty certain it is a theme conflict because when I switch to the Twenty Sixteen and Twenty Fifteen themes the plugin works fine. When I am running Catch Everest Pro and login to my chat console on the back end and debug I receive this error message:

Uncaught TypeError: self.app.db.logout is not a function

It points to a line in one of the plugin’s folders, but when I switch to another theme the plugin works and there is no error message when I debug.

The site is not live. If you need to log into my site to check the back end please send me an email or give me your email in order to set up a temporary admin account.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi @Josh

The issue may be because ChatX and Catch Everest Pro use same jquery library. Or the way that ChatX has enqueued those libraries. Please contact the ChatX support for the issue. And we do not have access to ChatX plugin so that we can check it.

    Regards,
    Mahesh
