Hi Support Team,

I’ve been having issues setting up gallery pages and posts. I followed instructions but I don’t get the option of the four styles, nor can I get the fullscreen view of the pictures I insert as gallery option.

I then purchased widgets pro thinking this might solve the issue, but I still can’t get gallery pages to click through images with a slider. I’m trying to showcase artwork so I really need this to work as shown in your demo.

Please let me know how to fix this, thank you for your time!

@kelvineti: Hello Santiago,

To use Catch Gallery
Add New Block => Formatting => Classic Block => Add Media => Create Gallery => Select the images you want in your Gallery => Create New Gallery => Now Select the type and size of the Gallery images you want in the Gallery Settings and Click Insert Gallery.

Let me know if you still have issue using Catch Gallery.

Hi Skandha,

It works, thank you! I was skipping “Create New Gallery” step within the classic BLock creation.

I also wanted to know if there is a way to keep the featured images for each post in my homepage, but then make them disappear within the post. They are showing up at the top so it’s duplicating information for all posts.

Hi Skandha,

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to finalize the design I was hoping when I decided to get the full pro version. I’m in a rush so I don’t have time to troubleshoot… for this reason I have decided to move forward with another template.
