Hello
I’m running WordPress 4.4 and I bought Catch Box Pro premium (4.3.2).
When I try to modify values in the page “theme options”, it seems that nothing is saved (but strings are written in the database, table wp_options).
Could you tell me if there is something I can do? Rights problems somewhere?
Thank you in advance
Best regards

I think you are admin yourself. For admin, there should not be any rights problems. Could you please clarify any further on what problems do you get. Please try to add some Custom CSS in “Dashboard=> Appearance=> Theme Options=> Custom CSS” box and check it if the values are saving or not.
Let me know if problem persists.
Regards,

Thank you for your reply
Yes I’m admin. The problem is that when I modify an option in Dashboard=>Appearance=>Theme Options (with the “sliding panes”), nothing stay saved when the page reloads itself. In the same time when I look at the database there is an entry in wp_options called catchbox_options (in option_name column) with some datas stored serialized :

If I enter some CSS in the box “custom css”, nothing is saved either…December 29, 2015 at 8:46 am #81806SakinKeymaster@mryome: Sorry we haven’t got this issue in our side. So, looks like there is some issue from your server side blocking it. So, I need to check in your site itself. I will send you email for detail support.
Sorry for the trouble.
December 30, 2015 at 9:59 am #81884SakinKeymaster@mryome: There is some issue with Settings API in your server. So, only Customizer API is working fine. We have updated your site with our working version of Catch Box Pro and the customizer API is working fine. Now, you can make change all through Customizer, that is “Apparence => Personnalisez”
December 30, 2015 at 1:34 pm #81905MeunierParticipantThank you very much for your help, that’s OK now
Best regards! -
