Hi,
I changed the theme from Twenty Seventeen (WordPress) to Fotografie Blog Pro, the photos posted in blog of the first do not display in News of the second.
They display in each post of the second’s blog, but not in News as latest posts together (Titles and texts appear).
How to solve this problem?
Thank you in advanceDecember 24, 2018 at 10:35 pm #162154SkandhaParticipant@keikodamaikada: Please post in your site URL so that I can look into the issue.
Kind Regards,

Go to => Dashboard => Edit a page => On the right sidebar options you will find Feature Image => Set a Featured Image. Now the image should show up in the latest posts. You seem to have inserted images directly to your posts and have not set a featured image that is why no images are showing up on you blog page latest posts.
Let me know if this solves the issue.

In fact, I had tried this solution and I know that I get images on lastest posts.
But there is another problem that arises for me.
If I fix the Feature Image on each post, this image appears on the header of latest posts and that of each post when we open it.
Frankly, the two same images on one page especially the header’s is cut systematically, I don’t like it aesthetically.
So, I would like the photo I chose for the Feature Image on Blog in Pages, that displayed on the Top page, remains on latest posts and each post for all the time.
I tried to change Fotografie Blog Pro options on the editing page of Blog in Pages but without success.
How should I configure the theme to be able to keep this photo?Thank you in advance.
December 27, 2018 at 2:17 am #162263SkandhaParticipant@keikodamaikada: Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media => Enable on Homepage/Frontpage
and
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Layout Options => Single Page/Post Image Layout => Check an option of Image SizeLet me know if this is what you want!

For the moment, Header Media => Enable on Entire Site suits me better.
However, I prefer Header Media => Enable on Pages and Posts if I can display the same image of Blog than Top page on the header.
I don’t know why but Header Media => Enable on Pages and Posts display Feature Image of Nouveauté (my another page) and that of Contact on their own page when we open them but Blog page has a black band without image.
If you know how to regulate this phenomenon, I would like to know.
Any way, I would already like to thank you for giving me the current solution that satisfies me a lot. Many thanks.

Kind Regards,
SkandhaDecember 28, 2018 at 7:33 pm #162373keikodamaikadaParticipantFor the moment, with Header Media => Enable on Entire Site setting, we keep the random header image in the header image position of all pages, it’s not bad but I prefer each page display their own assigned Feature Image in their header image positions (except WAW page with a designated HTML).
So, I tried Header Media => Enable on Pages and Posts setting, we see 4 images as pages, Nouveauté, Blog, WAW and Contact, under the header image on my Front Page (Homepage).
I selected and set a Feature Image up for each page and when we open them, Nouveauté and Contact display the same assigned Feature Image in the header image position, 3 mens on Nouveauté and 1 man on Contact (black and white picture), but Blog has a black band without image.
I would like to display an assigned Feature Image, a women in front of vineyard (black and white picture), on the header image position of Blog page too.
I hope you understand what I want to say and do you know how I might set it up?Thank you in advance.

If you are familiar with child theme customization I will provide you the code to use Featured Image as the Header Image on Blog page when the header media is enabled on Pages and Posts. Otherwise I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.
Let me know what you would like to do!

I don’t know if I’m enough familiar with child theme customization, but I would like to try it. Could you please provide me the code?
However, if you think it’s better for me to hire a customizer, I’ll do it.Thank you in advance.
January 22, 2019 at 2:53 am #164140SkandhaParticipant@keikodamaikada: Hello there, Sorry for the late reply.
Since Fotografie Blog Pro is already a child theme of Fotografie Theme you cannot create a child theme of it.
Sorry for the mishap.
You will need to create a plugin for this.
I will contact you shortly by email.Kind Regards,
