Catch Evolution Pro is a beautifully sleek creation of Catch Themes. It exudes a clean and a super sharp look. It comes with a whole set of interesting, rich features and flexible theme options. Catch Evolution Pro looks striking in a bigger screen. In other words, the layout is wider, bigger and looks luxuriously spacious.
Among other interesting things, Catch Evolution Pro offers exciting Menu Options! This theme supports “Custom Menus”. You can create Custom Menu through “Appearance => Menus”, in your WordPress Dashboard. Read more on how to create Menus.
Like other Premium products by Catch Themes, in addition to Primary Menu, Catch Evolution Pro also supports Secondary Menu and Footer Menu. Most people usually set their Primary and Footer Menu to be the same while their Secondary Menu displays a different set of items. The idea is, if you are scrolling to the end of the page, you can easily refer to the Footer Menu, to navigate through the site and you wouldn’t necessarily need to scroll all the way up (if your Footer Menu is the same as your Primary Menu).
However, Catch Evolution also provides you with another alternative to keep your Menu in sight while you scroll through your endless pool of content!
You can add a Fixed Header Top Menu. How? Go to, “Appearance => Theme Options => Menu Options”. Then click the box next to “Assign Menu to Respective Location”, you will be led to, Menus => Manage Locations. From there you choose your Custom Menu, next to “Fixed Header Top Menu” and “Save Changes”. A small note. You probably might want to disable Menu from Primary and Secondary locations if you want it fixed on your Header Top Menu. You can do that through Menu Options. Go to “Appearance => Theme Options => Menu Options. Check the box next to “Disable Primary & Secondary Menu?” Click on “Save”.
You can also add Site Logo in the Fixed Header Top Menu, so that the Site Logo stays visible at all times, regardless of any amount of scrolling. To do that, go to, Appearance => Theme Options => Menu Options. Insert your image URL in the box next to “Logo in Fixed Header Top Menu”, if you have it or click on “Add/Change Image” to upload a file from your computer or to be led to “Media Library”. “Save” changes. A small note, this image/logo will be displayed only after you assign Menu in “Fixed Header Top Menu”.
You might want to disable the Header Logo/Image if it is already going to be next to Fixed Header Top Menu. You can do that through, “Appearance => Theme Options => Header Options. Check the box next to “Disable Header Logo?”. Then “Save Changes”.
Catch Evolution Pro also gives you the option to display Menu on the “Header Right Sidebar“. So if you wish to display Menu on the “Header Right Sidebar”, go to, Appearance => Theme Options => Menu Options. Click on “Add Menu Widget in Header Right Sidebar”, you will be led to “Widgets”. Then drag “Custom Menu” to “Header Right Sidebar” and “Save”.
You would want to disable Menu from Primary and Secondary Locations if you want it on your Header Right Sidebar. You can do that through Menu Options. Go to Appearance => Theme Options => Menu Options. Check the box next to “Disable Primary => Secondary Menu?” Click on “Save”.
This incredible responsive theme, which beautifully fits the screen size of any device you view it from, also offers you the option to enable Secondary and Footer Menu in mobile devices.
The beautiful wide layout of this theme is certainly complimented with the variety of Menu Options it offers. We suggest you make a good use of these to suit the purpose and look of your Site!
