Problem updating

I renewed my license. I am having problems updating my theme. I see these instructions: 1. Go to “Appearance => About Theme ” 2. Click on the License tab 3. Add the License key under the “License Key” section 4. Click on the “Save Changes” and “Activate License” buttons I do not find an “Appearance => About Theme ” On the theme it says: <h3 class="notice-title">Update Available</h3> There is a new version of Catch Box Pro available. View version 5.1 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this theme Where do I enter my LICENSE KEY?
