I am having problems with customising my home page

I have been having this problem for a week now. When try to customise the featured slider by removing or changing the slider options that is not working this means I now have to outdate information on the feature slider. The message I am getting is -  Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple of seconds, and then try again - when I try to publish. I have worked in Bluehost they have checked everything and they cannot find the problem and referred me to you. Their response - Please contact theme provider to check the issue reagrding customising error, I have checked from server end and there is no issue Note we worked on the problem for 2 and half hours everything was check on their end. Please get in touch with me urgently.
