YouTube Widgets

I've tried putting a youtube widget on my blog but I can't get it to work. How can I find a youtube widget that can display specific clips that I want others to see and which can act on my Main Sidebar on my blog. I've tried to search and upload some plugins from wordpress but the Act does not work, hope you can help me. Best regards Anne-Pia Hansen
