YouTube Video on Mobile

It seems the when using a YouTube video as part of header media the video loads fine on a computer but does not on a mobile device. We tried on multiple phones using multiple services (on and off Wi-Fi). It isn't a big deal but it would be nice to be able to have an alternate photo take its place when we are mobile.
