YouTube video in header plays on laptop but not iPhone

I have put a url: https://youtu.be/mI1kUnRGg5s in the header for our website and it plays on a PC laptop on various browsers. It does not play on my iPhone on either the Safari browser or Chrome browser. Here is the link: https://luanda.dehilster.com Open it in a laptop or desktop browser and not problem. iPhone, no video.
