Your ticket submit button not working correctly

Also I've noticed your submit button is causing issues here on your site and it's been doing that for a while now.  Once submitted the progress wheel just keeps going and going, and eventually gives an error page for the user. The ticket does get submitted, but the 'received' notification page does not appear.
