“Your license key has reached its activation limit”

Hello, On my Dashboard in WordPress, the following message appears: Your license key has reached its activation limit. I had some issues with Bluehost where they needed to deactivate the theme to fix the issues and then reactivate it. It is the only thing I can think of that could have created this issue, however I would need your help to fix it, please. Thank you in advance for your help. Stephanie
