WPML not completly working with Catch Responsive Free?

Hello, i use Catch Responsive Free Theme and WPML Plugin for translation. But the language doesn't switch sometimes. Does WPML Plugin only work with Catch Responsive Pro Theme? Are there any differences between free and pro? thanks in advance
