WordPress Tab Icon

I have Gridalicious Pro 3.6, running off a child theme. I had to reinstall the theme, and it somehow put a Wordpress icon in every browser tab from every page on the site. I have done a complete search of my site files and I have no favicon, and I did not load one through the customization screen. Any help to get rid of it would be appreciated. Thanks
