WordPress Customizer will not work

Hey all, I recently updated to Catch Mag Pro. I followed the install instructions; however, the WordPress customizer will no longer open. I'm given an HTTP Error 500 message and cannot access my site. To be clear, the free version still works with the WordPress Customizer. I'm wondering if this is a common issue that I can easily resolve?
