WordPress backend login error

Unfortunately, I’ve just realised that my main website, which I’m developing for a client, has the same problem. The site still seems to be displaying, but I can no longer log into the backend. So the problem doesn’t seem to be linked to a specific theme. This site uses CatchEnterprise Pro. Can you help me? I’ve never had such a serious problem with a WordPress installation before.
