Word split is wrong, how to switch off?

Hallo, We bought Catch Responsive Pro, a very nice theme! We selected for the "Featured Slider Type" the "Featured Image Slider". And we added some text in the content box. The problem is that we get words in the slider text, that have been split. For example the German word "gewählt" becomes "gewä-hlt". The split is wrong (grammar), so we would like to switch this option off. How can this be done? Thanks
