Word breaking

Hi I have just moved over to this fantastic new theme, Catch Evolution, from Catch Everest but I am experiencing the same problem as I had before. You advised me on what to do , but I just can't remember what I am suppose to do to solve it. Plus I can't find my previous question on the forum! The problem I am having is that my words are breaking at the end of sentences and spliting on to the next line. I need to add some type of word wrap but I, for the life of me, remember how to do it.
