Woocommerce phone field displays incorrectly, a fyi :)

Hi team! When setting up Woocommerce on my Gridalicious Pro (child) theme, I came across the following: In the billing form, there is a required phone field. Unlike the other fields there, if you make it "unrequired", the input field turns to a default box setting. According to Mike Jolley (Woocommerce plugin author), this is probably caused by the theme not having defined the phone field ^^.
