Woocommerce Compatibility

Hi, I've been using the Clean Journal theme for a while now, and now want to begin selling my ebooks and services online (not physical books or products). I've tried to integrate the Woocommerce plugin with this theme, but it seems that the "Shop" has an issue with the sidebar where it's sitting on top of it, instead of where it's supposed to be. Referenced here: http://www.billychi.com/shop/ (I don't have anything in the shop right now as it is hidden. I wanted to resolve this issue before publishing them.) Can someone please help with this?
